Tuition Assistance The Good Samaritan Health System supports the continuing education of the employees through the Educational Assistance Program. We offer tuition reimbursement for those employees wanting to advance   in their current profession or those who desire to change careers into another health related field that will benefit both the employee and the hospital.
With our on site BSN program, nurses have received their BSN while continuing to work. Nursing Assistants have been able to become RNs while receiving tuition assistance from Good Samaritan.  Opportunities are similar in other areas as well.
