Nursing Externship Program Details 10 Week mentored clinical experience Assigned 1:1 with an experienced RN Hospital Orientation - 2 days Nursing Orientation including computer training for clinical practice Unit practicum - competency based & individualized 40 hours per week paid clinical/educational experience Nurse Externs are expected to rotate to evening, night or weekend shifts as needed  We offer a competitive salary Upon completion of the program, permanent staff-flex positions may be available to externs during the school year
