Since 1911, Good Samaritan Home Health
has proudly provided quality health care to individuals in the comfort of their
homes.
Our multidisciplinary team of licensed Nurses, Physical
Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Home Health Aides and
Medical Social Worker along with you and your physician, coordinate a plan of
care in order to achieve established goals and optimum health.
Through education, we strive to facilitate
your ability to understand and manage your medical condition so you may maintain
your independence.
Skilled Nursing Services include, but are not limited
to education for disease management, medication administration, wound care, new
treatments/procedures, such as ostomy care.
- Physical
Therapy offers home exercise programs to increase strength/endurance
after orthopedic surgery or for de-conditioning to insure safety in your own
environment. Ultrasound Therapy is also available to assist with pain
management.
- Speech
Therapy focuses on communication skills and swallowing
disorders.
- Occupational
Therapy optimizes daily living skills through use of functional
activities to improve dressing, bathing and independence with home
management.
- Home Health
Aides assist with bathing and personal care needs.
- Medical Social
Worker addresses psycho - social needs and may assist in investigating
resources or opportunities to help you remain in your home.

Office Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Services are available after hours by on-call staff.
