New Graduate Tuition Forgiveness

Our New Graduate Tuition Forgiveness program is intended to support and encourage the recruitment and retention of newly graduated Nurses and identified professional clinical staff. Employees who participate in this program are eligible to receive reimbursement up to a maximum of $10,000 of their educational costs. To be eligible for the program, an applicant must:

Be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and be eligible to sit for the licensing examination to become a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The applicant may have graduated from an Associate Degree, Diploma, or Bachelors Degree program.

Or

Be a graduate of an accredited program and eligible to sit for the appropriate licensing examination for a pre-identified professional clinical position as determined by the Human Resources Department and the Recruitment Committee.

Tuition reimbursement will be made over a three-year period of employment in either full-time or a part-time position.
