For hospital visitors, employees and public dining, The Courtyard Café is located on the first floor of the West Wing of The Good Samaritan Hospital. The café offers ample booths, tables and chairs for indoor dining and relaxation for up to 88 patrons, as well as an adjacent outdoor patio area during the warmer seasons.

The design of the café's serving line highlights display cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner menus. Lunch and dinner menus feature hand-carved meats, chicken and fish that are prepared and served from the grand grill as the customers watch. A variety of Entrée and Side salads are tossed fresh to order from our salad display case and topped with hot grilled chicken, steak or chilled shrimp to our customer's preference. Hot grilled panini sandwiches are available freshly prepared using a choice of breads, meats, cheeses and fresh vegetables and toppings. Our chef and culinary staff also feature a daily hot special and two hot soups of the day. International and regional American "Theme Cuisine" entrees are featured at our Innovations Station and prepared to order as our customers watch.  Lunch and Dinner hours of operation are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays and until 3:00 p.m. weekends.
For customers in a hurry, self-service freshly prepared cheese, meat and variety pizzas are available hot from the oven. We also offer a display case stocked with express sandwiches, wraps, salads, desserts, and beverages for customers on the go. For customers in a hurry desiring wellness items, we feature home made charcuterie salads such as Pasta and Carrot raisin, as well as tossed demi salads and hand cut fresh fruit cup in our express case. The beverage station completes the serving area and features Seattle's Best Coffee, a premium blend coffee, as well as a variety of hot and cold beverages and fresh pastries, including premise baked scones, muffins and cookies.

A traditional breakfast is offered including grilled eggs, breakfast meats, sandwiches and cereals, Yogurt Bar or Breakfast Pizza, juices and fresh fruit weekday mornings starting at 7:00 a.m. and weekend mornings at 8:00 a.m. , either express or made to order. We offer Low Cholesterol egg substitute and hot cereal for our health conscious customers. 
Vending machines are offered in the Café suite and are available 24 hours a day. Vending machines offer a variety of hot and cold beverages, snacks, sandwiches, as well as wellness and comfort food items.

In keeping with the wellness initiatives and focus The Good Samaritan Hospital, the menu offers both traditional and trendy dishes and allows customers a selection of healthy dining choices. Detailed nutritional information is available on site for most items offered for sale in the Courtyard Cafe.
