Secure Remote Access

The Good Samaritan Health System has a secure access portal to the applications you use at the Hospital – available from any computer. Just log on to remote.gshleb.org from your PC or Mac (mobile devices must use the Citrix Receiver App).
The first time you use remote.gshleb.org you will be prompted to install the Citrix plugin. If you get a SSL error when trying to launch the programs, come back to this page and click this install GoDaddy certificate link.
Secure Remote Access is now available for Mobile Devices (iPad, iPhone, Android and Windows Phones) using the Citrix Receiver App!
Just perform a few simple steps to setup your mobile device:
- Install the “Citrix Receiver” free app from the App Store/Marketplace (no need to configure the receiver in this step)
- Configure the App with the Automatic Configuration Link
a. Come back to this page (from your mobile device)
b. Click here for the Citrix Remote Workspace Configuration.
c. Confirm that you want to add the Citrix Store for Good Samaritan Remote Access.
d. All you need to do now is add your username and click save.
Launch the Citrix Receiver App, connect and log in there to the “Store” called Good Samaritan Remote Access. You will see a list of apps via the Applications drop down menu. You can save frequently used apps by tapping the green plus sign or tapping and holding on the app and choosing add to favorites. If the Citrix App doesn’t have a favorites tab your device, you will find your custom list of apps by clicking the Home Button in the upper right corner.
