As a member of VHA all
nursing staff have the opportunity to attend VHA educational broadcasts. In
addition, the education staff provides inservices in various different forms.
Staff also has the opportunity to attend outside conferences.

pursuing a college degree related to health care will be reimbursed 80% of the
undergraduate tuition

Program
This benefit program is intended to support and encourage
all employees of the hospital who are or plan to enroll in an Associate Degree
academic program to become a Registered Nurse. To learn more about this

RN to BSN Program –
On Site
RNs who wish to pursue their BSN will have this opportunity
at the GSH. Immaculata University will be holding classes at the hospital again

Forgiveness
This benefit is intended to support and encourage
recruitment and retention of Graduate Nurses and other newly graduated
professional clinical staff as identified by the Human Resources Department, who
