Good Samaritan Physician Services is pleased to announce that Dr. Jeffery Dormu has joined Good Samaritan Cardiovascular Surgical Associates. His office is located at 229 South 4th Street directly across from The Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon.
Dr. Dormu received his medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He served his internship at St. John’s Hospital in Rockaway, NY and his general surgery residency at St. Barnabas Hospital Regional Trauma Center in Bronx, NY. He served a fellowship in cardiothoracic and vascular/endovascular surgery at Deborah Heart & Lung Center in Brown Mills, NJ.
Dr. Dormu most recently held a position in group practice performing vascular and endovascular surgeries in Philadelphia, PA, as well as at the Minimally Invasive Vascular Center in Laurel, MD.
His professional affiliations include the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Dormu performs both Open Vascular and Endovascular Procedures.
Open Vascular Procedures include carotid artery surgery, aneurysm repair, hemodialysis access surgeries, arterial bypasses and vein surgery.
Endovascular procedures include minimally invasive repair of carotid arteries, aneurysms, renal artery, dialysis access, arteries of the extremity and VNUS ablation for varicose Veins. Injection and laser therapy are also offered for spider veins.
