Services Center is located at 1400 South Forge Road in Palmyra. Upon entering
the main entrance to the building, go to the right towards the sign that reads;
The Good Samaritan Hospital Ambulatory Services Center.

Take PA72-N to US422-W. Turn left onto PA117/South Forge Rd. Go
approx. 1 mile. Lebanon Valley Medical Plaza is located on the left. The GSH
Palmyra Ambulatory Services is located to the right upon entering the
building.

South
Take PA72-S to
US422-W. Turn right onto PA117/South Forge Rd. Go approx. 1 mile. Lebanon Valley
Medical Plaza is located on the right. The GSH Palmyra Ambulatory Services is
located to the right upon entering the building.

Take
US422-W TO PA117. Turn left onto PA117/South Forge Rd. Go approx. 1 mile.

Follow route 78
west to route 22 west. Follow route 22 west past the Northern Lebanon High
School. Make the 1st left after the school and follow into Jonestown (Market
Street). From Market Street make a left onto King Street. The center is at the
corner of King and Queen streets across from the Jonestown fire
station.
From the West
Follow route 22 east to route 72 south.
Make a left at the traffic light onto Jonestown Road. Follow Jonestown Road into
Jonestown. Jonestown Road turns into Market Street. Make a right onto King
Street. The center is at the corner of King and Queen streets across from the
Jonestown fire station.
From the North
Follow route 81 south to
the Lebanon exit (route 72). Take route 72 south to the traffic light at corner
of 72 and Jonestown Road make a left. Follow Jonestown Road into Jonestown.
Johnstown Road will turn into Market Street. Make a right onto King Street. The
center is at the corner of King and Queen Streets across from the Jonestown fire
station.
From the South
Follow route 72 north. At the traffic
light at route 72 and Jonestown Road make a right. Follow Jonestown road into
Jonestown (which turns to Market Street). Make a right onto King Street. The
center is at the corner of King and Queen Streets across from the Jonestown fire
station.
