Job Description:
Recruitment Specialist will design and oversee a comprehensive physician recruitment function. Will be responsible for recruitment of management level positions throughout the organization. Actively sourcing, screening, recruiting and on-boarding of high quality physician and management candidates will be the focus of their role.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Must have minimum 5 years recruitment experience in a health care setting. Experience with physician recruitment and FASPR certification preferred. Proven effectiveness of building and maintaining a strong rapport with all levels of staff required. A strong customer service focus, demonstrated experience working effectively and collaboratively within an organization, attention to detail, creativity and problem-solving skills are essential.
