A Patient Access Representative Level I is a multidisciplinary position responsible for admitting and registering patients to include the validation of demographic and insurance information, compliance with government programs and collection of copays and self-pay liability while maintaining a high level in customer service skills
7 AM to 3:30 PM & Evening/Night Shifts / Includes Weekends and Holidays
High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience in hospital/physician office setting performing registration, insurance verification, and/or customer relations desirable. Working skills in the use of computers and software applications.
