Job Description:The Switchboard Operator is responsible for answering all calls coming into the hospital, transferring them to the proper departments and/or personnel and informing callers of direct inward dial capability to patient rooms and hospital departments as appropriate. Places calls for employees or patients who are unable to dial outside numbers from their phones.
Day/Evening Shift / Weekends only/ Includes Holidays
Required Qualifications:Weekends only as switchboard operator. High school graduate with excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to work with minimal supervision.
