Job Description:
Provides occupational therapy services to patients. Maintains patient records. Ensures interdisciplinary coordination of care. Maintains appropriate statistics. Participates in the development of public education programs and/or in-services.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy. 2 Years experience/expertise in a healthcare setting (acute, rehab, outpatients) required. PA licensure by the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. CPR and AED certification. Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
