Job Description:
The LPN coordinates preparation of patients for scheduled appointments and assists providers with physical examinations, procedures and treatments. Assists with follow-up patient care and treatments as ordered by the medical provider. Accompanies patient from waiting room to appropriate exam room by taking appropriate vital signs, patient's history, obtaining appropriate signed releases for any procedure that may be performed, accurate charting of patient complaint. Preparing the patient for evaluation by the provider to help assist his/her exam in a timely manner. Works a fair and flexible work schedule which meets the needs of the department. Completes all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Graduate of practical nursing program with current LPN license. 1 - 3 years nursing experience, physician practice preferred. Bilingual a plus.
