Primary responsibility is the development and coordination of all referral source direct marketing activities for Good Samaritan Health System in support of the Strategic Plan Marketing efforts. Act as liaison with regional referral sources including hospital, physicians, office managers, and the communities within our service area. Identify new service opportunities for program development.
Responsible for marketing of services, account management and development/maintenance of referral statistics. Interface with peers to support the development, implementation and coordination of strategic marketing plans. Develops and coordinates marketing and service plans for regional referral sources that effectively support the overall strategic plan for Good Samaritan Health System. Identify barriers to positive working relationships with physicians and practices, communicate back to Health System and suggest improvements where appropriate. Supports the Vice President, Strategic Planning & Marketing in medial staff strategic initiatives, especially related to independent practicing physicians. Also provide direct support in managing marketing events.
Required Qualifications:Business or healthcare related Bachelor's Degree or RN. Four to five years experience in healthcare. Prior experience in sales or marketing preferred. Current PA Drivers License.
