Under the direction of the Administrative Director of Nursing for Emergency Service, the Clinical Supervisor is a registered nurse who is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing and/or directing aspects of the Emergency Services area of the health system over an 8 hour shift. They are required to ensure that patients & families are satisfied with their care and treatment through the use of nurse leader rounding. They are expected to maintain patient flow minimizing patient wait times in the waiting area .
7 am - 7 pm / Includes Weekends & Holidays
RN required. Bachelors' Degree preferred. Minimum of three years of clinical experience required in emergency room nursing. CEN preferred. BLS, ACLS and PALS Certification required; must be maintained as condition of employment.
