Assists the accredited residency training program by ensuring that regulatory and accreditation standards are met, establishing program office activities, prioritizing program-related tasks, and ensures that the program coordinator is aware of important deadlines related to program activities so that a highly successful residency program is maintained.
Associates Degree with 3 - 5 years of clinical clerical support experience. Broad knowledge of Residency processes in a Physician Office. Broad knowledge of Accreditation agencies (ACGME, OGME, CMS, Joint Commission, OSHA, and/or other discipline specific accreditation and regulatory bodies. Strong communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to organize information.
