High School Diploma or Equivalent. One year required of similar home health experience or CNA certificate. Required to maintain CPR certification. Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in PA. Current Pennsylvania Drivers License.
Occupational Therapist / Home Health / Part Time
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy. 2 Years experience/expertise in a healthcare setting (acute, rehab, outpatients) required. PA licensure by the Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs. CPR and AED certification. Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
