Good Samaritan Home Health,
located at 1503 Quentin Road, Lebanon, offers comprehensive health care services
including Skilled Nursing, Infusion Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational
Therapy, Medical Social Services and Personal Care to all ages.
Good Samaritan Hospice,
located at 202 Hathaway Park, Lebanon, utilizes an interdisciplinary team to
provide compassionate and individualized care during the end stages of
life. Their Bereavement Services include
a support group meeting "Journey Through Grief" and a children's support group
"Rainbow Connection". A music therapy
group is also available free of charge, "Gentle Crossings".
Medical equipment needs may
be obtained through GSH Home Med Care at 301 Schneider
Drive in Lebanon or at the Palmyra Shopping Center location in
Palmyra.
Our service area includes
the entire Lebanon County and portions of the surrounding counties, Western
