Do I need an appointment?
No appointments are necessary for
laboratory or radiology tests.
How long do I need to fast?
If
fasting blood work is ordered, patients should be fasting for ten to twelve
hours. Small amounts of water are permitted.
Should I take medication
before coming in?
Unless your physician instructs you otherwise, you
should take all medications as usual.
Do I need to bring anything with
me?
You need to bring a signed physician's order along with your
insurance cards, photo identification and any referral forms.
Where
are you located?
We are located at 100 E Queen St Jonestown, Pa 17038, in
the lower level of the Jonestown Health Center.
