Do I need an appointment?
No appointments are taken for
laboratory, EKG or X-ray.
Walk-in services are offered as follows:
Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
Should I take my medication before the
exam?
Unless your physician instructs you otherwise, you should take
all medications as usual.
Do I need to bring anything along to my
appointment?
Yes, you need to bring a signed physician's order
along with your insurance cards, photo identification and any referral
forms.

We are located on Route 422 in Myerstown just west of the
intersection of Routes 422 and 501.

What do I do when I arrive?
Upon
arrival, please sign in at the front desk. Please have your insurance cards,
physician order, identification and any other paperwork ready.
How long do I need
to fast for fasting bloodwork?
If fasting bloodwork is ordered,
patients should be fasting for ten to twelve hours. Small amounts of water are
permitted.
