What are your
hours?
Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m - 6:00 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - noon
Closed Sundays and Holidays
Do I need an
appointment?
No appointments are taken for laboratory bloodwork or for
X-ray. Appointments are needed for physical therapy and mammography. You can
call 717-832-0960 for your appointment.
How long do I need to fast for
fasting bloodwork?
If fasting bloodwork is ordered, patients should be
fasting for ten to twelve hours. Small amounts of water are
permitted.
Should I take my medication before coming in?
Unless
your physician instructs you otherwise, you should take all medication as
usual.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
You need to bring a
signed physician's order along with your insurance cards, photo
identification and any referral forms.
Where are you
located?
The Palmyra Ambulatory Services Center is located at 1400 South
Forge Road in Palmyra. Upon entering the main Entrance to the building, go to
the right towards the sign that reads "The Good Samaritan Hospital Ambulatory
Services Center".

What do I do when I arrive?
Upon Arrival,
Please sign in at the front desk. Please have your insurance card,
identification, physician orders and any other paperwork ready. Our friendly
staff will call your name in turn to help you.
