Good Samaritan Offers Life-Saving Option for Aortic Aneurysms
Minimally-invasive procedure leads to faster healing
LEBANON, PA – The Good Samaritan Hospital and Cardiovascular Surgical Associates of Lebanon announce that endoluminal stenting of abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) is now available in Lebanon County. The procedure prevents bulging or thin-walled arteries from bursting, a situation which places the patient at risk of death. The minimally-invasive procedure helps patients recover quickly and involves less pain and discomfort.
