Cardiac Rehabilitation
Empowering you to take control of your heart.
The road to recovery doesn’t end when you leave the hospital. That’s why the Cardiac Rehabilitation team provides programs designed to get the patient back on their feet and feeling great as quickly as possible. Our experienced group of registered nurses and exercise physiologists can guide patients who are recovering from cardiovascular issues or procedures like angioplasty, bypass surgery and valve surgery. We work with each patient to return them to a full, active and heart-healthy life.
The Good Samaritan Hospital’s Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation program, located in the beautiful Samuel and Sadie Ostrow Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR). Practices include physician-referred telemetry monitored exercise therapy and an extensive education program.
